I began my career in Real Estate in 2005 as the Executive Officer for the Oroville Association of Realtors. I joined CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate, Inc. in 2008 as a Realtor. Before becoming a Realtor, I sharpened my negotiating skills as a Purchasing Manager for a dot-com business. Through large contracts, very complicated transactions, and studying through college courses; I learned the nuances of negotiating. I became a Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager, through the National Association of Purchasing Managers. I also learned business communication skills that were hones when I became a Toastmasters International Area Governor and a Distinguished Toastmaster.

DiAnna Cowles helped me purchase my home when I moved to California during a crazy time in the world. Despite the on-going pandemic, she kindly guided me through the home buying process and was able to secure a good deal in a timely manner. Extremely patient and helpful dealing with a very difficult sale. Provided concrete reliable practical support to myself (a remote seller). Went way beyond typical responsibilities to help me evict tenant and repair trashed house and prepare for sale. Negotiated a very complex cile agreement with multiple clauses and extensions. I absolutely trusted her judgment throughout the process. DiAnna able to reduce the overall stress for myself greatly. In comparison with other Realtors I have worked for Diana is fantastic. We have done business previously and she will continue to get all my business in the area. I have multiple other properties that I would eventually sell and hope to have the benefit of DiAnna's services

Ms. DiAnna Cowles provided extraordinary service in regards to selling my vacant land. She responded to all correspondences promptly as I was not in the area throught most of the process. It was a breeze signing documents online as well. Pertinent attention to detail in advertising as well as showing the property. Also, speaking for the buyer here, she went out of her way to verify certain legal aspects prior to closing. Overall great experience.

Handed sale over to DiAnna after miserable attempt to sell via another company with whom I had recently transacted realty business. DiAnna took the project in hand and immediately moved it along rapidly. This after I endured a long and therefore costly stall during prime-sell-time, by other company. DiAnna took me from stressed and miserable to motivated and optimistic. Never pushy or controlling; always receptive, responsive, cooperative. Felt like we were a great team.

DiAnna Cowels is a fantastic agent! Not only did she help us find and buy our very first home she also helped us sell that home when it was time for us to move.
