I'm Dianne Wiechert, a licensed REALTOR with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate. My late, great father was the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Don Myers, and I was the acting office Manager. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Licking County Board of Realtors, and the Columbus Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

Seller reviewDianne is very detailed, organized, easy to work with. Gives ideas but it is always our choice on what we do with the sale. Was very detailed on the area we looked in and made sure to stay up to date and eduationed on that. Always kept us in the loop on info regarding the sale, and kept it simple and easy for us as well. Everything was very professional and ran smoothly even though we know she was busy we always felt like her top priority. When looking to buy houses the process is the same way, simple and Dianne is always quick to schedule any showings we want to see. I'm confident the process will always be simple and stress free when working with her. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor, I know she takes her job seriously and is passionate about helping her cilents in any way she can.
