Don was beyond amazing and went out of his way to help me. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an agent.
  • Seller review
Donald had a challenging sell with our vacant lot. He handled all business transactions associated with the eventual sale with a high level of professionalism. No agent could have or would have done more than Don, to sell the lot.
  • Seller review
Donald Wehn is knowledgeable in the technicalities of the contract process and was able to anticipate any oddities before they arose, preparing us for upcoming obstacles from the buyer. He was also very patient with our needs, and worked well with us as we narrowed down the right price. Don made himself available even at strange hours, and always kept us up to date with the latest status on home viewings and contract progress. He excelled at clarifying the nuances of buyer/lender contracts. Overall, it was a great pleasure working with Don, and we would recommend him to any prospective buyer or seller.
  • Seller review
Donald Wehn is amazing. I/we have worked with him on a previous property, but this is the first review. Don has always been fair and just in his marketing and pricing. Most importantly, Don will tell you what is right for you and what is wrong for you and he doesn't back down from that. I think it's important to have an agent that has your best interest at heart--even if you don't have your own best interest at heart. Lol. A practical example is that in my initial dealings with Don, there a subdivision that I adored. This place was IT; it was THE PLACE. Very fancy. Nice neighbors. Secluded area. Close to everything. I brought Don to this subdivision no less than six times and every time he politely discussed the construction of the subdivision. I came to find out seven months later that the reason so many were selling is because EVERY single building had water damage due to crapping roofing. We don't know what was living in those walls and the poor buyers are stuck with the repairs. Don saved me the headache without being a jerk about it. Don is genuine and his words and is always forthcoming. He does his best at increasing your bottom line when it comes to selling and decreasing your bottom line when it comes to buying. He handled everything related to the marketing of our home, the contracts, and planning meetings for contractors and closing. He was always delicate and gave plenty of lead time when discussing money due--even to go as far as giving estimates on what we should expect given certain price points. But most importantly, Done will make sure that you are in a home that you love, love, love--all while responsibly pointing out what the total cost impact is for you and your current life style. Given his bedside manner, I recommend Donald Wehn to everyone; we were really blessed to had have the luck to be assigned to him during our original purchase years ago. There was never a second thought of who to work with when selling our original home and purchasing another one. Also, it may be a bit gauche to mention here, but I think that a lot of people worry if their agent is "taking them for their money". You will never have this worry with Don. Commission never comes up with him--verbal or nonverbal. I know he sells multi-million dollar homes. Still, that didn't stop him from going all out when I was a broke college student and finding the perfect house for me. It was AMAZING, in move -in condition and a short sale. Don didn't give one hoot that it was a short sale. It was no damage, perfect neighborhood, close to everything and on the side of town I wanted, well below my price point. I've done the math and he made less than $2K on that deal. Fast forward to the sale of the aforementioned property with recent purchase of our new home and I'm sure the commission was quite a bit larger. ;-) But you know what?? Don is the same old Don! Our lives have changed a lot but he is the exact same, responsible, "do what is best for my client", no nonsense, real estate agent that he was during that first deal. If you are with an agent and have those questions, just drop them. I KNOW in the pit of your stomach there will be this little loyalty nagging--but your listing agreement can be ended. This is a business. Don will handle your business without ever compromising you, your current lifestyle, or your future trajectory. With respect to negotiations with the buyers and other agents, I was just like to note that Don is a shark! I love him. We love him. He doesn't even bother you with any parts of a negotiation that is not worth your time. LOL. I mean, he will present the information to you, of course, however you will know from the tone of his voice if you should be wasting more than 2 minutes of thought of your day to pursue any specific avenue. This is true with filtering out the potential contractors/workers that come in after inspections, this is true with the marketing strategy (no wasted time with people who aren't

I have had a wonderful experience with Donald Wehn in purchasing my first home, and was happy to work with him again on the purchase of a second home. Unfortunately, my wife and I had two "cold feet" experiences and cancelled contracts twice. Don was a voice of reason, yet stayed neutral as we processed our difficult decisions on whether we truly wanted a particular home. Don was very patient with us, and supported us in finding a home we truly loved. Don is an excellent Realtor and a pleasure to work with. Above all, he was patient with us, which is what I believe we truly needed to find the right house. Don demonstrated thorough knowledge of the sales process and nuances of a mortgage contract as well as the paperwork and transaction of the purchase.
