Elizabeth and the Century 21 team were amazing from start to finish! She went out of her way to help us find the perfect home, explained everything as clearly as possible, answered all of our questions, and even made herself available via text anytime we thought of anything we might want to talk or ask about. We stumbled upon Elizabeth at the Century 21 office in downtown Frederick just by walking in one day. We were looking to buy a home while living across the country which was a little tricky. Elizabeth did everything in her power to visit homes we were interested in, send videos, and follow up to see what we did or did not like about the properties. She always offered her advice but made sure we would be comfortable with whatever decision was made. When we found our home, she did everything in her power to give us the best chance at getting the home in a competitive market. She made the process for first time homebuyers seem a little less complicated and we enjoyed spending time with her. Thanks Elizabeth for helping us find our home!
