There was no question who we would use to find our next home...Emily Burke and her team. She and her team were great in selling our previous home. There was no doubt we wanted her to be a our agent again as we moved forward to purchasing our next home.

Emily is so professional and very knowledgeable as an agent. She was always available to answer questions as well as extremely patient with us. We are very grateful for her being there when we needed her...and so prepared.

Emily had the paperwork when we were ready to put an offer on the house of interest. Her team was efficient and prompt. It couldn't have gotten any easier.

Emily has a wonderful group who support her. Christy and Emily B were so helpful and accommodating. We wanted to see the house a few different times. Christy and Emily were always patient as we walked the house multiple times. We never felt rushed.

Emily Burke's record in Baldwin County is proven. Her knowledge base of the market and the ability to reach the right buyer was evident in discussions with her previous clients. She knows this county and moves property quickly.

Emily listed our property just before the pandemic of 2020.In addition to the normal challenges of selling real estate she handled it like it was merely a bump in the road. Contract was secured before the shutdown and with all the things that could or would come up during an inspection she handled quickly often times having the solution in place prior to informing us of the complication. No major issues occurred with the property however the logistics of the close during a global pandemic were minimized by Emily!

Emily Kept us informed weekly with updates and data from real estate markets and how our property was being viewed. Any questions were always answered within the hour. Her price adjustments were accurate and most of all respectful. She knows her community and she definitly know her market.

Ms. Baugh was amazing and always on point. Her and Emily were always in sync.

To sell my home this year in 2020 would seems like an insurmountable task ,However Mrs, Burke's handling of our property was quick and professional and seamless. In Baldwin County you will only find one agent with the knowledge, skill and relentless persistence to get the job done and the is Emily Burke!
