She presented several possibilities due to the market uncertainty. Dream scenario, Average scenario and a Backup Plan scenario. From setting the exact date to come to market, to the excellent photos & video in the listing, everything was perfect. When we entered the Coming Soon market and were immediately inundated with requests and appointments. Sandy & Emily managed those completely.
