Eric Rogers was very detailed when it cam to helping us prepare our home for sale and during the buying process. He willingly and quickly answered any questions we had (no matter how "basic") to make sure we knew what was to happen. His honesty, opinion, and research was very much appreciated for both the the sale and purchase of the homes.

Eric Rogers was accessible at anytime via text, phone, or email. His response was always immediate (even when on a family vacation). He was more than helpful throughout the entire process. Eric Rogers consistently goes "beyond the call of duty". He makes every effort to make the experience as easy as possible for his customers. He provided transportation to and from the inspection when transportation problems arose. He is always punctual and easy to reach. He offers advice when it comes to any necessary repairs that are needed and negotiates with sellers to overcome obstacles. I will not hesitate to call Eric again when it comes time to sell my current home.
