Erin Doubleday is a wonderful agent. She is approachable, easily accessible and thorough. I appreciated her enthusiasm and how she was an advocate for us throughout the process. It may seem like that is part of the job description however Erin went above and beyond, and if there was something she could not answer she would tap into her network to find a solution. I relied on a strong relationship with my attorney and financial adviser who referred me to Erin Doubleday and subsequently relied on the impression she made on me.

The property was in need of work. Erin in preparing the market comparison found a developer who was buying houses in my neighborhood. Prior to being put on the market Erin made arrangement for the developer to have a first look at the house and a deal was struck within 2 weeks of their first visit. I was looking for quick results and those were obtained through Erin's efforts.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Erin Doubleday to my family and friends because she gets the job done and makes her work appear effortless.

Under her leadership, my house was under a contract within a week while last year the same house was on the market for several months with minimal viewings. I realize that many factors influence the sale of property, but my bottom line is that the house sold when listed with Erin.

Equally importantly, she walked me through the complicated and emotionally exhausting process of selling my home. She oversaw every minute detail with no delay but always a word of encouragement and a big smile. It was comforting to be in her hands during the (sometimes) maddening legalities of selling a house.
