I HAVE DEALT WITH FARRAH ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHEN BUYING AND SELLING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. SHE HAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME IN HER ROLE AND CONSISTENTLY HONORS THE OBJECTIVES OF HER CLIENTS. Buyer reviewI found Farrah online, and as I read her profile, I was impressed by her knowledge and faith. We are out of town, and we don't know anyone in College Station. From the first phone call, I knew she was the right realtor. She listened to what we were looking for and she was quick to respond. She gives excellent suggestions and advice too! Farrah helped us look at properties even though she was on vacation! She stayed in contact with us and made the buying process easy and seamless. She gave great advice and guidance and went above and beyond what I pictured any realtor would do. I was impressed by many things: Farrah's local knowledge, her buying guidance, her kindness and friendliness. She made this process a beeeze! Brooke Lyons showed us properties while Farrah was on vacation, and she was just as awesome as Farrah. We had a great time seeing new place to consider. I was impressed how they worked together. Everything was excellent!

She went above and beyond answering not only my questions about properties, buying, and the college station area, but also my parents who were helping me with the process. Since I was out of town for part of the process she also video-conferenced for several walk-throughs and was available through text and phone call which was incredibly helpful. As we considered multiple locations she was extremely knowledgeable not only about commutes to my place of work, best practices, and locations, but was also upfront about how each home was priced and gave good suggestions that helped us in our negotiation process.

Sometimes very experienced professionals can loose that passion and kidness. Not Farrah. She hasn't lost any of these important qualities. When our house buying process had a hiccup, she was quick to offer options, solutions, and was always a great listener. Her reassurance was just what we needed. Thank you Farrah!

Buyer reviewI still remember the first time I saw Farrah's post on social media. I knew her from our community, but in our thoughts, we were not good enough to be her clients because she was THE BEST in town. It would be our first house after a challenging journey in the USA; we were not looking for an expensive home, and we only had a small down payment for a particular area in College Station. Thankfully, a friend in common decided to put us in contact after I mentioned I got frustrated with another agent. Farrah immediately jumped into our dreams like it was her dream. She worked diligently with a new lender (Cary and Mandy from Pilgrim), and in 48 hours, we were pre-approved and found our home. Farrah knew what that home meant to our family and went above and beyond to ensure we would get it. The way she embraced my kids during the process is unforgettable. It was timing consuming due to the negotiations and paperwork, but Farrah was always enthusiastic. I must confess that sometimes I went down in this process, afraid we won't make it, but the minute I had Farrah close to us, even in a phone call, on in a text message, all my fears disappeared. In less than a month, we had our keys. Unbelievable!!!! She was our angel, bodyguard, and therapist, all in one, just because she is truly the BEST in town! We will be forever thankful to Farrah.
