Less than 96 hours!January 2020
Friday: While we were out of town for an extended weekend, our house hit the online market right about noon - but the sign still wasn't up in front of the house.
Saturday: multiple people contacted Gabe and came to view the house.
Sunday: More showings on the house that day - we even delayed our return to our house as there was one more that wanted to stop in and take a look.
Monday: The sign goes up in front of our house. No requested showings. 6pm we receive a call from our selling agent that we'd received an offer near full asking on our house here!
96 hours. Whew!
Overall Gabe was awesome and made sure to vet those that wanted to come view the house - so we weren't going to be wasting time or just simply having a lot of 'looky-lous' tromping through our home. While this upset some other realtors, we truly appreciated Gabe standing firm and allowing only serious potential buyers access to our home.
If I had to come up with one complaint - it's that our house sold so quickly! Haha. So not a complaint at all.

Gabe Davidson was very easy to talk with and work with and was always very responsive. Early on I felt that I could trust him. When I sold my house in Oklahoma I came out to California with a very short time frame to buy a house. While that was a bit of a stressful situation, I actually had fun looking at houses with Gabe. I would definitely recommend hime to others. And on top of that my dog really liked him too! (smile)
