Gay Folden began his successful real estate career in 1968, specializing in real estate investment and management in the west half of North Dakota and, later, as a Sales Agent with CENTURY 21® Action REALTORS® in Minot, ND, and CENTURY 21® Vista in Fergus Falls, MN. Gay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Minot State University and brings a business approach and background to successfully and efficiently meet his client's needs. He's been in the top 5% of CENTURY 21® agents nearly every year since entering real estate as an agent in 1988 and, in 2005, was voted REALTOR® of the Year by his peers. As a professional in the real estate industry for over 40 years, Gay has learned that one of the single most important aspects of serving people is communication.
