Satisfaction is the most important goal of my service. In all honesty, i love my clients. I will always try to exceed expectations for that reason. That being said, a real estate transaction is a serious process. Professionalism and respect will always be given. BIO SYNOPSIS - Greg Boteler Jr. grew up primarily in East Modesto outside of a town called Waterford, CA. That is where his Mother's side of the family grew peaches and walnuts on a 40-acre ranch. His father was a carpenter and eventually a superintendent for a reputable construction company in the area. He was conditioned to be tough and work hard. He had many different areas of support and was fortunate for the people in his life. Growing up, Greg's interest were sports and school. Fast forwarding quite a bit, this led him to a Bachelor's Degree and Masters of Business Administration Degree. Greg continually educates himself in many different facets of business. During his time at Cal Poly, he fell in love with the Central Coast of California and it became his primary home. However, he still works in and travels to the Central Valley on occasion. His disposition fits being a Realtor. His service has a high degree of integrity and respect. He plans to keep building his business and would love the opportunity to be your Realtor.
