She listened to my needs and paid attention to every detail, and ended up helping me to find the best homes for those needs.

Buyer reviewBeing a first-time home buyer is nerve-wracking. I wasn't even sure I was able to quickly find and close on my home, but working with Yalonda was a joy and she took a lot of the nervousness away be clearly understanding what I was looking for, effectively communicating the process to me, and being an advocate in my corner during the negotiation process and having expert knowledge in the local community really helped where I didn't waste time going to areas that wouldn't fit my needs. I strongly recommend her to anyone in the DC, MD, VA area and I would request her again if I purchase more property.

Buyer reviewDid not select my broker. Yalonda was selected to be our agent by Rocket Mortgage Always emphasized to put in best offer if we really liked a property. Did not pressure us at all to make an offer and has been really helpful throughout the whole process Really helpful and can pretty much ask anything regarding factors that we may not know about a property. Greg was also really helpful as he showed us all of the properties we've seen throughout the process.
