I am a high touch broker known for extensive market knowledge and a ?white glove? approach to my treasured clients. My success is based largely on positive referrals, for which I'm grateful. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients buy and/or sell the home of their dreams.
I remember as a kid, pen and paper in hand, drawing floor plans, home exteriors and taking tours of model homes, just for fun. I have always appreciated impeccable design. Not surprisingly, I became a licensed real estate agent in 2010 and received a Bachelor's in Business Administration a few years later.
The Pacific Northwest is an extraordinary place to call home. Folded into its exquisite beauty is the perfect blend of culture and business, each nurturing the other, a moveable feast, cosseted and cared for by those who live here. Some real estate markets can only be described as special and call for more than the customary attention to detail and skill.

When I finally landed on the right house, Greg was able to negotiate a great deal for me. Some things came up in the inspection, as they always do, and Greg was able to get it all worked out for me and I beleive all parties involved were happy and satisfied. They did not lead me astray. Greg is very personable, in comparison to some agents I met at open houses. For me, this is important, because I don't want to feel like I need to "put up" with an agent in order to buy a home.
