I spent approximately 20 years as a legal secretary/paralegal for a number of law firms, including a couple of big downtown Los Angeles firms. I have a law degree and worked for five years creating and running the legal department for Herbert Hawkins Realty in Pasadena. Among other things, I helped represent agents in small claims court and arbitrations. I also spent 4 years working as a contracts administrator for what used to be Rockwell International in Anaheim. MARKET?! ! No matter what type of market you're in, certain things don't change. Buyers and sellers need an agent who communicates, who is a person of their word and does what they say they're going to do. They need a person who will look out for their interests and do the best they can for the individual client. Having been a personal trainer for the past 13 years, I know I possess those qualities or I wouldn't have had an average client retention of five years. I currently have one client I have trained for over 10 years. My clients trust me. They know I will make sure they aren't doing anything that's going to hurt them. That I will be where I say I will be, when I say I will be there. These qualities translate directly into my work as a real estate professional.! Century 21 is a well known and well respected company in the real estate industry and with the general public, which is very important when you are seeking to represent either a buyer or seller in a transaction. Century 21 also has great training and is cutting edge with regard to technology, which is crucial in the real estate profession today. ! !! My particular niche is probate properties which generally involves working with attorneys. I have an extensive background working in the legal field, in addition to having a JD, and can relate to legal professionals on their own level. I have also taken an extensive course in probate and trust procedures so that I have an understanding about the process.! I have lived in Southern California all of my life and have lived in Glendora for the last 24 years. I have been married to my husband Larry, who is a financial planner, for 26 years. We have two beautiful daughters, Sarah 24 and Emily 19. Sarah is finishing up a PR/Marketing major at Cal State Fullerton and has worked at Disneyland for the last 5 years. She is hoping to get a PR job there. Emily just finished her first quarter as a Biology major at Cal Poly Pomona. She was a track athlete at Glendora High School and will be coaching the sprinters this coming season at GHS. She is also a hostess on the weekends at IHOP in San Dimas. I really enjoy learning new things and love anything that's Apple, reading, working out and watching Netflix. !
