Hannah Mckenzie very quickly got our home on the market, alll the advertising in place, photos where needed and a sign in the yard so we could put in an offer on a new home we wanted. We literally went from haveing nothing in place to puy to having everything in cluding a mortgage company with in a matter of a few days. We have never had a realtor who made us feel like we were her only client like Hannah did. Even if she was busy she always took a moment to let us know when she would get back to us with an answer. Hannah Mckenzie offered her services but was not pushy. She understood the situation we were in and was very adept at helping us move forward. Hannah was able to not only get a timely offer in on the home we wanted to purchase, she also helped us get our house listed quickly and everything inplace so we could have the best advantage for the contingency of selling to complete our purchase. Hannah was able to conect us with a mortgage company that helped us out even on a Sunday to get things rolling. We have nine dogs and Hannah worked with the seller to accomodate our unusual needs on closing day. I would and have reccomended Hannah Mckenzie to any one I know who is looking to buy or sell their home. They would be in good hands.
