Hal flawlessly managed this sale of awkward, probated raw property with three remote extended family stakeholders, across 3 time zones, who had limited to highly limited interaction prior to this transaction. He was able to expertly guide where to invest improvements and found very reasonable service providers and managed the project. He was also the primary on the ground interface with the not so happy legacy neighbors who where now losing the always empty lot next door. And the problem was in the fire evacuation warning zone - but Hal was there as needed. He was highly communicative, professional and super pleasant. The deal closed more quickly than I'd hoped.

Hal went out of his way many times by coming to my place for signatures and to drop off documents. He was always very friendly and helpful. He always gave us notice when he had clients wanting to view our home and was very encouraging when it started to slow down with activity. He really gave me great tips on how to present our home and the photo layout on line was very professional.

I was the trustee for my deceased client. Both properties had special needs. Hal did more for the homes than should expected to get them ready for sale and satisfying the requests of the buyers. He was always ready to provide advice and suggestions on what we could do with maintenance and repairs.
