You do not have enough space for me to praise Hal & and; Beverly! They are knowledgeable, honorable, patient, professional, excelled in customer service. They were wonderful; explained anything to me anytime I had a question or concern. I am out of state and they took care of every situation that presented itself. The first deal fell through; and within hours, the property was reactivated online and phone calls were being made to people that had previously seen the property. We had another deal in 3 days of the first deal falling through.They could not have done more. They are the best team, and the best representatives of the Century 21 Affiliated brand. It was handled perfectly. Not only am I thrilled with Hal & Beverly; they recommended an attorney named Miles Wideikis for the sale that fell through and the sale that closed. Everyone should use Miles, I could not have been more pleased with how he handled the paperwork, the other attorney, the management company. Hal, Beverly &; Miles are a great team!!
