Meredith was recommended to me by a good friend in my condominium who had recently used her services to sell his unit. She managed to get his unit under contract within a few days of listing, navigate some potentially serious issues with the condo developer and get him his asking price. Given her familiarity with the building, I decided to contract her as my broker for the sale of my condo unit a few months later. She did an exceptional job in staging my unit for the listing and calibrate my expectations for the asking price. She managed to get an offer in less than 3 days, at asking, and close on the sale in less than 30 days. While handling the final details of my sale, she also helped me close on a house within two weeks of the condo sale. Meredith made it point to understand my priorities, keep open lines of communication and handle the myriad of details needed to complete two transactions within an extremely compressed timeframe. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the DMV metro area.
