Shane was very responsive to all of my questions via text and email - I typically got a response within about 30 minutes or less!! Even with as many questions as I asked, Shane was always patient and quick to help me understand and explain everything to me.
Our hosue sold in 1 day!! Shane was exellent in walking us through everything and helping us along with the inspection and repairs.
All of the Goodyear Green folks were amazing! Shane was great with the listing and negotiations, Kelsey was great when showing us potential houses to buy, and Mike was great with the advertising and social media aspect. What a GREAT team!!

Amy was very persistent with getting me to look at properties, yet at the same time, she didn't come off as pushy. I always felt like she was there for me. Previously I had talked with another realtor and she sent me a list of the ugliest homes ever and only ever emailed me once, so I could tell she didn't want my business. Amy was the exact opposite. Great lady!! She was also very knowledgeable about other listings I had an interest in such as the properties being "a quick sale" etc. April 2015
