Huston demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, understanding and patience over the course of 8 months we were searching for a new home. He provided frequent updates with new possible listings to consider, knowing we were not able to visit in person due the living far away. He helped us narrow down the many possible neighborhoods by listening to our priorities, and helped us locate the perfect neighborhood, size and style of home we were hoping to find. He is persistent, and helped keep us focused throughout the process. His communication was excellent, by phone, email and text. He promptly responded to requests and questions, and we felt we had his undivided attention at all times. He was 'Our Agent', and we highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Realtor, whether buying or selling.

We had a wonderful selling experience with Huston Smith. His dedication to his job as a broker is exceptional. He was always quick to respond to any questions or comments we had regarding listing, offers, contracts, etc. He took the initiative to make our unit more appealing to prospective buyers by taking more pictures and enhancing the information in our online listing. His communication skills and willingness to take the time to listen and provide insight on how to get our property sold were key factors in selling our condo so quickly. He was wonderful to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a broker in the College Station area.
