Buyer reviewAs a first time buyer, I was nervous and scared moving forward in buying the right house with the right interest rate. Ivette helped me to calm down, explained the numbers, rates, stats, and helped me many times with the paperwork in purchasing my new home. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and great to work with and talk to in Spanish and English. Throughout the purchasing process, I was very stressed out as well and Ivette checked up on me to see how I was doing with the signing of docs and if I needed any help she was available to help me anytime. I totally appreciate it that because that showed that she really cared about her client (me) lol. Thank you again Ivette for your help, guidance, calmness, and for caring! Buyer reviewHad the pleasure to work with Ivette she had the answer to any question we had regarding paperwork and process. She explained every step in much detail. As first time buyers, when we met Ivette we let her know the type of home we were interested in , shortly after she was ready to show us many houses with the features we had asked her. Each house we saw we had many questions to ask and surely enough she had an answer for each question. As our search progressed we got to know Ivette more and more and felt comfortable enough to call or text at anytime of day, she was available to us to help us out. During the purchase process she made the process go smooth with helping us understand each document and step we had to go through. We appreciate her in helping us buy our dream home.
