At first i was a little scare, it was my first time buying a house and I didn't know everything i had to know to start the process plus i had few bad experiences with real state agents before, unless they see a big comission they don't really help you, but then i meet jacob bencosme, i never told him i was thinking to buy, i went only to see few houses, just to take a look but he treated me like a VIP customer, like if i was gonna buy the next day, the way he works gave me a lot of confidence, i knew i was working with someone willing to help, i end up buying a house, he answered all my questions and showed me the process step by step and I had direct comunication with him since day one, that saves a lot of time when you have too many questions. It was definitely a great and so easy experience, working with professionals make the process so simple!!!
