James began his career in real estate at Coldwell Banker in Lexington, MA as an assistant to a top producing agent and learned the real estate business from the ground up. He was very knowledgeable about the area and had a lot of experience with Investors as well as sales to individuals. He also said that I could continue living in my house as he showed my property by appointment. This was very important to me. He was friendly, easy to talk to and did not push me to make a decision on the spot. I basically liked him and hoped he would be easy to work with, which he was. James was very efficient, helpful and understanding. He also had a lot of ideas and ways to solve problems. He proved to be a good "go-between" with myself and the buyer. I think he often "went the extra mile" in providing assistance in the whole home selling process.
