James began his career in real estate at Coldwell Banker in Lexington, MA as an assistant to a top producing agent and learned the real estate business from the ground up. Buyer reviewJames is extremely knowledgeable about what to look for in a home. He has a knack for pointing out the aspects that are a simple fix and can be changed that may be bogging you down, but also realistic and bringing you back to reality about the elements that cannot be changed. During the offer/negotiation stage, James proved his experience when he knew where to push back & hold ground but also get the deal done. Throughout the process, James really gets to know exactly what his clients want and maintains focus to get his clients exactly that. He is available whenever you need him, whatever you need him for. He really goes above and beyond. I would recommend James if you are looking for a charismatic, honest, & ambitious realtor.

Seller reviewJames Brasco is an excellent representative of Century 21. He was patient with us, took all the time we needed to be completely comfortable with the sale of our home. James was extremely knowledgeable about our neighborhood and the whole Brighton area and always provided us with updates on properties listed, sold, and under agreement so we had a good comparison with our property. James very kindly took the extra steps to show our home in the best possible light -- he'd go early, turn on the heat and lights, open the shades, made sure everything was buyer ready, and even went so far as to buy flowers to brighten up the house! James Brasco did a great job selling our home, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
