As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. I consider myself a "go-getter" and I believe this carries over to my real estate career. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. Seller reviewThere aren't enough positive things we can say about working with Scott. He worked tirelessly for us to make sure our deal went through and we weren't taken advantage of. His integrity, honesty, and professionalism cannot be beat. If you're looking for a realtor along the South Carolina coast you can't do better than Scott. He will go above and beyond to make sure you buy/sell is taken care of and your needs and goals are met first.

Buyer reviewIt was important we found an professional and aggressive broker. We had worked with a passive broker prior to Scott and it was like pulling teeth to get them to look into something or test the waters by contacting the seller's agent. We didn't have that problem with Scott. He was always on top of things and kept our interests forefront in his dealings. Scott we as very helpful in regards to negotiation of price and concessions - he'd let us know if we could be more aggressive or if we needed to dial it back. Scott is also career Air Force, so he exudes all of these positive personal qualities. It was noted and very much appreciated.

I wanted a realtor that is looking out for my interests and doesn't shy away from saying, "this isn't a great deal - we can find better, let's move on" We had multiple deals going, all with Scott, and he stayed on top of all of them and kept the ship headed in the right direction the entire time. All went smoothly, and Scott is always knowledgeable, so there was no doubt in contacting him for our second sale/ purchase. He didn't disappoint. We sold our home in 2 weeks! We all know that this year has been a crazy kind of different, but Scott helped us through any and all difficulties that arose. It was smooth sailing with Scott. He knows his stuff! Buyer reviewWe met Scott Mathews through my trusted broker at home last summer. We were looking to buy an investment condo on or near the beach. We hit it off from the start. Scott has vast knowledge of the area we were looking at, and his no pressure approach made us very comfortable. We found our dream place quickly, and Scott did an exceptional job getting the deal done in a most efficient manner. We'll be moving to Myrtle Beach soon, and when we do, I feel great knowing we'll get to work with Scott again!
