As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. Buyer reviewScott Mathews gave us invaluable guidance on the purchase of our condo in North Myrtle Beach. Residing in Ohio it was not easy to find a beach condo and be able to get there in a timely manner to view it. Scott made a video tour of the unit for us, and that along with the sales pictures, his assurance it was a good choice and his working in tandem with the listing agent made our dream possible. He made submitting a bid and all of the ensuing documentation a breeze to handle from a distance. Even after the sale, he was so helpful by going above and beyond to inspect our unit for us after Hurricane Ian. We highly recommend Scott Mathews to anyone buying or selling real estate. Seller reviewWe were referred to Scott by two friends who had used him when purchasing their beach properties. We used him as well when we purchased our property. That experience, plus the continued support he provided after the closing made it an easy decision to use him to sell our property. Our property sold in 3 days. While we would like to take credit for that due to the improvements we made to the property we have to share the credit with Scott. Pricing it right and marketing it well played a big role. So kudos to him. He obviously is great at his job and his performance reflected that. What sets him a part from others is his commitment to his clients. In both the purchase and the sell of our property it never felt like a transaction. Due to his genuine care for his clients working with him felt like we were working with family. That continued long after we purchased our property. In the 7 years between when we purchased and then sold, Scott would routinely check in on us. That's care and commitment.
