Seller reviewThe condition of my uncle's home was poor and it was difficult for me to show it to prospective realtor's. Of the three realtors who met with us, Jeanette Vazquez was the only one to point out the strong local market and believed my uncle could get a higher sale price. She was so kind and understanding during the process, helping us to relax. She always took the time to explain the steps of the sale to us, as we have very little experience with selling a home. She truly went above and beyond, from showing the house to helping us navigate questions from our lawyer. We are looking to relocate in 2024, and have asked Jeanette to work with us again - we couldn't imagine working with another realator after the wonderful experience we had with Jeanette!

Seller reviewThe sale of my property had unexpected setbacks (not having to do with real estate broker) at every stage of the sale that were discouraging. Jeanette helped me navigate every single one helping me remain confident that we would achieve desired outcome of sale. She was beyond helpful, offering to assist not only me, but my attorney and the buyer to communicate effectively. I do not feel confident that i would've gotten through this sale without her leadership.
