Jeff was very helpful in assisting with the sale of a house that was part of an estate process. The house needed a bunch of work but we needed to sell it quickly instead of having to pay the mortgage. December 2018
Jeff helped look at the house and condition and gave honest feedback to what our value and choices were in the market. He helped us navigate the process and options we had in getting a good price and the house sold quickly. Jeff understood the process in working with an estate type sale and also with a house that was in need of being flipped.
Jeff keep up updated on status and buyer interest. We got a reasonable offer pretty quickly and were able to close in a reasonable amount of time.
I've know Jeff for many years but this was a first in which we've done business and I'm happy with the professional and personal touch he gave to us as a client.

Jeff is an absolute pleasure to deal with! We met Jeff when we relocated to Wisconsin from Iowa 4 years ago and he was a great help and easy to work with since we were new to the area. We liked him so much that when we were looking for another house we called him again. We are now relocating to the Milwaukee area and decided to use him because he just knows how to get things done. We spoke with another agent from the area before contacting Jeff and our experience was less than impressive. It appeared we were a burden to her. Our experience with Jeff could not have been more different. He was genuinely excited to help us out. We were first-time buyers and he was patient in explaining the process and considerations to us. He went out of his way in offering to meet us on the lot we were looking at. Jeff was prompt in everything he did, keeping his promises on getting us the information we needed when he said he would.

Having lived in McFarland for the past 25 years we wanted to stay in the area so we were focused on Lake Waubesa properties.
