Thrilled to have worked with the Riggs team! They were highly recommended, and I can see why. The property that I ended up purchasing had not even been listed for sale. With a sound, carefully laid out strategy from Jeff and Melody, we were able to place an offer that, to the surprise of many, was met with success. They walked me through every step along the way. I'm so fortunate to have worked with them and benefited from their warmth, kindness, diligence, and practical expertise.

Jeff Riggs had done an excellent job in selling my significant other's two properties. He was previously the property manager for one of the properties and had obtained a significant increase in the rental property income vs the previous property manager. He is also the property manager for another relative's rental property. He has consistently given good advice and was always very responsive. Jeff gave us realistic expectations regarding the value of our property, the recommended listing price, and what we could expect during the sales process. Jeff did an excellent job in negotiating with the buyers re: sellers credits. He always kept us well informed of the progress of the showings, offers and the ultimate sales contract and escrow status. The property we just sold was my father's house in our family trust. Sometime within the next year or so I may be selling my current townhouse and buying a single family residence. If/when I do, I plan to use Jeff again for those transactions.

It happened by chance, but it was a match made in heaven. Excellent service. Very unbiased, ethical and professional service. I have a feeling this is going to be a long term trusting relationship! 10/10 stars!!

As I've already said, Jeff was everything one could wish for in a realtor. Yes, I would use him again and I have recommended him to friends already. As an 80-year-old myself, he was exactly the kind of realtor I needed - patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to go beyond what the vast majority of realtors could or would do.

Jeff Riggs has managed my rental property for years that recently sold above asking price. He currently manages a new home I purchased last June that he represented me in that purchase. He has always kept me informed of pertinent information regarding these transactions which I appreciate. My previous rental was never without a qualified tenant for many years.
