Jennifer was extremely helpful to us in finding a house that met our needs. She first wanted to understand what was most important to us and then spent a lot of time finding the perfect house for us in the neighborhood we wanted. She was always on time and was able to answer most of our questions on the spot. Those questions she couldn't answer immediately, she found the answer in a timely manner. She also brought up topics we hadn't thought of to ensure we would be happy with the house we chose. Once we found the house we wanted, Jennifer was very helpful in reviewing our contract and offering suggestions on how we might choose to negotiate the price of the house. She also kept in close contact with us and the seller's real estate agent in order to work out details of handling the deposit money, setting up a home inspection, and making arrangements for closing. Jennifer was very helpful and professional throughout our home buying process.She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive in our communications with her.
