I have been a realtor since 2013 and have loved helping clients buy and sell their homes over that time. It means so much to help a buyer or seller with what is usually the biggest financial decision of their life. Being able to help Military Members and their families relocate to or from the Indianapolis area is a highlight of my job and one that I hold in high regard. Jessica is very thorough. She took time to listen to our requests and concerns. She answered our questions and our addressed our needs. She was pleasant to work with. Took her time and work for the sale of our home seriously and kept us informed throughout the process. She advised when she felt necessary but let us be an active participant in preferences. She was always available, courteous, considerate and a great resource for our sale. Her responses were prompt. If she didn't know the answer she found it and in a timely manner.

She has great communication skills. She kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire process. If we had questions or concerns she was able to get the answers or resolve the issues very quickly.
Jessica was very optimistic from the beginning of deciding to list our house for sale. She guided us thought the entire process with ease and confidence. She was also very kind and patient with us as sellers and any of the stresses and many questions we had along the way. She is very organized and on top of things.

We live out of town about 2 1/2 hours away. We needed a place for our daughter who is in grad school. We made a phone call and someone put us in touch with Jessica Carl Roof. We made several trips to Indianapolis looking at properties. We were always very limited on time, but Jessica always fit us in and worked around what we could do. She was never pushy in any way, but after a few showings she knew exactly what we were looking for. She truly guided us especially in such a tough market right now. Once we signed the purchase agreement she was constantly working with us though texts, emails and phone calls. Constantly updating us on what was going on and what the next steps would be. It was difficult being out of town, but she made it very easy. She let us know she was free to discuss anything if need be. She was extremely professional and we can't say enough good about our experience with her. She was fabulous all the way to closing. We appreciated her. Century 21 Scheetz is lucky to have her.

Jessica Carl Roof just helped me purchase my first home. Since I didn't know much about the process, I had a lot of questions. Jessica was VERY helpful from deciding on a starting bid to signing the closing papers. She was able to provide great advice without making me feel pressured in any way. We were able to get a good deal on the perfect house with a couple of extras that I never would have thought to ask about. From the smallest to the largest questions that I had, I was always able to get in touch with her. Jessica definitely made the home buying process much less stressful and intimidating than I hear it can be.

She was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We enjoyed working with her so much that we decided to use her again to sell our house (which she sold in less than three days). Being on my own for the first time and having to find a home ( not just a house ) was absolutely terrifying. I was so lost. Jessica took my hand, listened to my fears and my dreams, and walked me gently through this process. I learned to trust her completely and she never let me down. She thought of things I had no idea even existed and helped me with everything from finding the home to all the details of how to turn the utilities on. LOL. I knew nothing. She taught me as we went along and I had her double check everything I did. She advised of things that protected me from items with the bank loans to the inspections and appraisals. I can't imagine walking this journey without her. When we finally closed and she handed me the keys, all I could do was cry. I walked into my new home and felt simply relaxed. No furniture, no TV, just simply relaxed. It was the first time in a long time I felt relief with life. I slept like a log that first night on a mattress laid on the floor.
