Chris & Joanie obtained an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like survey and agg exempt that you get when you are buying a farm with a mobile home attached. The delivery of the information was straightforward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind. This is our third home in less than three years we have bought with this team and would/ have recommended them to family & friends.

Both Joanie and Chris are top notch in my eyes. If they could be cloned, it should be considered done immediately. Chris and Joanie helped us every step of the way and for the very first time in our home-buying experience, sat down with us to explain every step in the process, what the language means in the contracts, paperwork, etc... We really enjoyed that as it was a great learning opportunity. You are lucky to have both Joanie and Chris. Most important for me was that Chris was realistic. He steered us away from problem properties in lieu of just making a sale. There is much corruption and more than enough unscrupulous agents out there just looking to make a quick buck. We've had the unfortunate experience with one such agent when we sold our first home. It was very refreshing to work with sincere and caring professionals. I first contacted Chris over a year ago. We were not ready financially as we were year 4 in our 5 year journey of getting out of a $135,000 credit debt. But Chris listened and laid out a realistic approach to a future possible purchase when we were ready. He also took the time to look at the type properties that would one day suit our needs. We parted and like everyone else, I lost all their contact info. But Chris remembered me. One year later, I accidentally called a number on a sign I saw of a home that was for sale in Burleson. Fate or God (whatever you'd like to call it), connected us again. This time we were ready and Chris and Joanie have been with us every step of the way. We couldn't ask for better professionals and they are so likeable that if my wife and I weren't so introverted, we'd have them over for dinner, Christmas, play with the dog, etc.... We count them as friends. In our eyes, it's more than just a business relationship. I will always remember what they did for us and how they treated us. If we ever move or purchase property again, we will definitely be calling the Karas team!
