Joanne Ferguson-Wotawa the perfect person to help us with this sale. Because we were selling a family home on behalf of our grandmother, there were some added difficulties and sensitivies that she took into consideration and handled with compassion and understanding. As this was the first time I had ever sold a home, I had a lot of questions and concerns that she was able to address and explain patiently. I was not even in the same state as the sale and this did not make it difficult at all for me, everything was handled professionally without me having to be hands on or at the home in person at all. I appreciated the extra effort and Joanne's availabilty around the clock when we had questions about the process. I will reccomend her to anyone I know selling a home in her area.

We are SO thankful for Joanne! She truly went above and beyond to help us with our home search in this crazy market! She knew the area inside and out - everywhere we'd go she would know people! On several showings, she'd see friends in the neighborhoods, and they all would go on and on about how great she is. Every time we saw a listing we liked, she would tell us all the details on that neighborhood, tell us about schools, give us all the pros/cons, AND she would then call into the listing agent and get additional information for us! We were so impressed by that - getting to have the full picture before even viewing the property was very important to us, especially since we were coming from a different city and not super familiar with the area. We didn't want to waste time - and getting so much detail in advance was huge. She is someone that we relied heavily on throughout the process - and she was always super responsive to everything. If she ever didn't know the answer, she'd search to get it to us quickly. She moved quickly to get our offers/counter offers in, and was always quick to get us any updates. Things are moving crazy fast in this market, but even a day of waiting can seem excruciating when you find a house you love -so she was always quick to help reassure us and keep our spirts up. We saw countless houses, made 3 offers, and in the end we truly were able to find our dream home! We would not have been able to do it without Joanne, and we HIGHLY recommend her for all your real estate needs! Not only is she an expert at what she does, she is constantly giving back and always supporting great causes - truly a pillar in the community!

Joanne is amazing. She's very professional & knowledgeable. If she didn't have an answer to our questions, she would say she would find out. And she always responded back quickly. She treated the process as if she were handling it for herself, and was meticulous with details and information.

She was also easy to talk to, we have a lot going on with moving out of state, and she was very understanding with our unique situation. We sold our house in one day with a 30 day escrow! It was a lot for us to wrap our minds around, as we were also leaving our family and friends in this house sale (out of state move). Joanne was kind and thoughtful of our situation. She didn't add one ounce of stress to the process. In fact, she probably helped reduce it.
