John was excellent in all the categories throughout the entire process. John asked the tough questions when my wife and I were nervous to do so and he made sure that everyone moved as quickly as they can so that it was an easy process. John also made sure that any information that was provided to him was given to us. He was transparent and open about everything. John was always available to ask questions and see houses, even during the weekends and odd times that worked with our schedules. John is the real deal. We would say that we cannot wait to work with him again, but we have hopefully found our forever home.
