I could write forever about how impressed I was with John and his team but to summarize, it was nothing short of amazing. John not only sold my house once but twice! After the first offer and acceptance which came in only about 4 or 5 days he referred me to an attorney who is also top notch. The attorney noticed that the deed was written up tenants in common which meant it had to go through probate. I was upset and nervouse since I was behind on the mortgage and on the forebearance list until the end of the year. They all acted fast. The attorney gave me the name of a probate attorney who took my case right away. He eased my fears by saying it will be OK and this happens many times. He jumped on it and everything he asked me to send him I did. Within 2.5 months he had me appointed respresentative and went through the entire process until it was ready to sell again. I contacted John and the next day it was on the market, and two days later it sold. The kicker is it sold for the SAME offer as the first and the inspection was waved. The house closed like it should without any hiccups and it seemed like nothing happened. I could not have been more happy

There were many other people involved including people from his staff and law firms. Everyone was top notch. Melissa Harris worked with me on the sale alongside John and just like John, she amazed me with her knowledge, kindness, and quick repaonses. I never had to wait days to figure out what was going on or what the next step is

One of the questions you have is did you consider another broker. I worked with John nine years ago and cannot imagine working with anyone else to find a home. Consummate professional is an understatement and does not due either him or his staff justice. There are very few people in this world I seek out to work with on a repeat basis and John is one of them. He is professional, knowledgeable, persistent, professional, patient, and the list goes on. I let others know he is the ONLY option. His office is a finely-tuned machine and I was kept informed every step of the way at every level.

If there was a category above excellent, I would choose it. He is a 12 out of a possible 10.

John Miller of Century 21 Metrowest and his team were a complete pleasure to work with!

We chose John because he was recommended by the Dave Ramsey ELP. Once we video talked with him and heard his plan we felt totally comfortable with him and his team! We sold our house from North Carolina and they helped us get things in order for the sale. We had the photos taken on a Thursday. House put on the market on a Friday and two offers in by the end of Saturday! We went with one of the offers and closed in about 5 weeks.

Signing contracts and forms and keeping track of the steps in the whole process was easy and all done online!

John and his team were excellent at answering our questions along the way! We had many as this was out first time selling! They were so patient with us!

They couldn't get any better to deal with! So happy he and his team were straight forward with us! They told us what to do and even gave us references! Excellent references that we used!

Very timely in responses! Even during nights, weekends, and the holiday season! It was amazing!

I engaged with John Miller to buy our next property while our existing house was just introduced to the market. John was instrumental in implementing an offer that put us marginally ahead of the other 12 bidders for this property. We were elated that we won over the competition with his strategy. The sale of our existing property took much longer. It was in a different market since we were downsizing. John was very helpful in encouraging us to stage the house, respond to multiple offers, and put together a final strategy to work out the final closure of the property.

John has a very experienced team of support specialists that deal with marketing, communication, and sales collateral. Also he has specialists that were instrumental in closing with the buyer.

This is for Marlene Miller. Its long, but all true!

So, trust was key for us. We wanted someone we felt we could trust. Someone who understood how important, and also scary, becoming a first time home buyer was for us. Because we were first time home buyers, we wanted to feel secure and comfortable that our agent would be looking out for our best interests at all times. Marlene was fantastic, and was everything we were looking for and more in an agent. Throughout the entire process, we felt we could trust her and felt she used her knowledge to guide us and allow us to make the right choice in regards to what home made sense for us as a family. She listened to our needs, and was attentive and easily accessible. She responded quickly when we had questions, and helped our closing process move smoothly.

Marlene explained the entire process for us. At no point did we feel lost or alone. She got us the house we really wanted, and there was lots of attention and bids on it too! Once we received the good news that our offer was accepted, the closing timeline she gave us really helped break down all the next steps we needed to take. We really liked that feature. We also appreciated all of her recommendations, from mortgage broker, to attorney, and we know we can reach out to her in the future for other recommendations!

We cannot say enough about Marlene's stellar performance. She was fantastic in all around (friendly, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, etc), but the biggest, most important trait to us was trustworthy. We absolutely trust Marlene, and will definitely reach out to request her expertise for future home buying and selling needs we may have. Our families both live out of state, but we would absolutely recommend Marlene to them if they were buying in MA. We will be sure to recommend her to our friends in state who need a real estate agent.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied by Marlene Miller's service. She went above and beyond for us. There was one open house that was cancelled, without properly advertising the agent was not showing the house that day, and we showed up very confused as to why no one was at the house. Marlene was able to reach the agent, and was able to show us that house on that same day. We are SO happy Dave Ramsey's ELP service recommended Marlene and Century 21 MetroWest to us. We were selling my mom's condo in Framingham and interviewed a few realtors. While my wife wanted to go with a local agent from the town, John Miller came to us from Westboro, a few towns away, and he was so sure of his abilities he said he never requires any contract. Even though he was not familiar with the area, he cited that everything is on the web and he could produce a campaign as good if not better than anyone. He promoted SEO (search engine optimization) on the web to help lift our listing higher in the ratings and so forth. And so much more! I never heard of a broker who did not require you sign up for months. I figured "what do I have to lose" so I hired him. John waited patiently while we went through the woes of preparing the house for sale. Many bad experiences with contractors, but John was great. We finally got the place into "move in ready" but not a Shangri-La by any means. Once we were ready for sale he listed it and we had offers in days. Ended up just over asking price, we were very surprised! I would recommend John and his team to anyone. He does what he says he is going to do and gets results. And if you don't think so at any time, you can walk away owing nothing! Who else would offer a agreement like that if they could not produce results?! Even after the sale he checks in to see if we are happy and to thank us. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

John had a perfect listing value, whatever he listed the house for was what the house was appraised for. I thought that the house wouldn't sell for the amount that he listed it, at first I was in doubt as had been given another estimate from a different agent 2 weeks prior meeting John and the estimate was 40k less than what John estimated the list price would be. All contracts were signed on time and John and his team reminded me in advance of every step that followed. When John listed the house, he wrote a great description of the house, pictures were taken by a professional photographer who was really good at what she does, the picture looked like a model house. I had 10 showings the following day upon listing. I got an offer on day one of house being on the market, this was all because of John advertising tactics. the whole process was smooth from the beginning to the end house was listed on March 1 offer given on March 2 and house closed on April 18. I still cant believe this, it happened so fast.

John was so patient with me, calm, helpful, understanding, very professional and had time to answer all my questions no matter how long it took to explain. John replied to my calls and text or emails in a timely manner, I never sat wondering if he will get back to me. John is very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. I was hesitant to put my house on sale to begin with by John talked to me and gave me all his views and ideas and finally made an informed decision to list the house right away. I was thinking I needed to sell the house in the summer but John's views and ideas were different and they all made sense. I am glad I followed his ideas and reasoning. I couldn't be happier.
