Seller reviewWe previously worked with Mr. Montemayor when we purchased our home in 2016. When we decided to sell our house this year, it was an easy choice to work with him again. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have referred him on a number of occasions, and he will be the only agent I would work with if we decided to buy in the area again. He exceeded expectations in every area, has a tireless work ethic, and went above and beyond to assist us in the sale of our house. This period was marked by large market shifts and unprecedented interest rate increases yet Mr. Montemayor developed a strategy for our home sale and successfully executed it. He is a consummate professional and is extraordinarily hardworking. I never once had to pull information from him because he is an excellent communicator. He provided sage advice, is completely trustworthy, and made this entire process easy for us. Buying or selling a home can be a significant life stressor, but Mr. Montemayor's efforts considerably minimized this for us. I am grateful to have had him as our agent during this time!
