I can't speak enough good regarding her expertise, her knowledge and her ability to help explain that which I didn't understand. I will continue to use her again each time I need a real estate broker. (Incidentally I am looking for raw land and have hired her to take care of my needs! Jonnie Pioch = true definition of a real estate professional! Second to none! The best broker I've dealt with in 30 plus years of owning property. Seller reviewJonnie was the best agent and went above and beyond. We would recommend her to anybody looking to buy, sell, or rent. A+ on the complete transaction. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the whole sales process from open houses to the inspections. Once the deal was made it was smooth sailing on our side. She was awesome about keeping us informed and passing on feedback from showings. She was always available anytime we had any questions, and also provided us with information for a local storage facility to smoothly transition out of our house to our temporary home.
