This is our 3rd home sale in the last 5 years & have to say this was the easiest transition/process we have experienced. We told Mr. Lopez from the beginning we want this house sold quick & for what we were asking. We both had a long commute to work & dogs at home , so it was crucial the house didn't sit long on the market (inconvenience of showing the home with dogs & unable to run home to take them out of the property during showings). He delivered on his services & had our house under contract within 5 days. He also made it a priority to get scheduled showings for a potential new home. He was not picky nor was skeptical about showing us home prior to our contingency on the home for sale. What spoke volumes of our realtor is at closing the seller/investor expressed other offers on the home we wanted (currently in!) were coming in he took ours solely bc of the communication & attentiveness Mr. Lopez put into getting the home we disired. It doesn't get anymore real than that straight from the moth of the seller/realtor. We are very pleased & will ONLY use Mr. Lopez in the future.
