Seller reviewJoseph spoke to me on the phone about my recently expired listing. He sent me information about my property, a market analysis and advertisement of my property once listed. I drove to Washington from California to meet him in person and we listed the property for sale. We got offers right away and we went into contract three times. Joseph quickly informed me of any possible roadblocks and he was always available to answer my doubts and concerns. He kept a close eye on the property and that was important for me because I live away and the house was vacant. He made it possible for me to sell my house during these uncertain times.
