Worked around our schedules, always was accessible by phone or text. The house sold quickly and smoothly. April got the paperwork to us quickly and explained anything we needed explained.

Buyer reviewThis will be the second time we have worked with Bennett. The first time was when we bought our own home and now we have just purchased our investment condo. Will soon be buying a second investment condo and look forward to working with him again. We would not even consider working with anyone else besides Bennett. He is literally available to me by text anytime of the night and by phone anytime of the day. Always willing to change his schedule to accommodate last moment open houses and seeing's. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

It really made our house look good. He was also very helpful in determining how much we should list the house for. He kept us up to speed on all the people that came through our house and stayed on top of the whole process. We are extremely grateful and satisfied with our experience with Century 21 and Mr. Boerner.
