My commitment as a Realtor for the past thirty years is to provide my clients with the specialized real estate services they deserve. I am a hard working real estate agent who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure my clients are totally satisfied. I treat my clients as I would like to be treated. I am a certified Buyer's Agent and a member of the Buffalo-Niagara Board of Realtors, the New York State and National Associations of Realtors. I am a life long resident of Erie County and currently reside in the Town of Tonawanda. I have a lovely wife, Marge and three grown daughters and two grandchildren. I have been very active in community organizations including the Ken-Ton Meals on Wheels, Ken-Ton SERTOMA. I enjoy reading, genealogy and wine making. Full disclosure: Joe Argenio was know to my (late) father and myself years prior to my father's passing. Joe is a nice,honest and the opposite of the stereotypical 'pushy' sales person. January 2019
He went over everything I needed to know, stopping at intervals for clarification if I needed, and was diligent about open house appointments.
He was kind to work with me to get the best result. (He was also VERY patient with me when I had one episode of anxiety regarding the lock box).
His experience, knowledge, as well as his sincere and professional demeanor was why he was the ONLY agent my dad and I decided on prior to my dad's passing.
Joe had a bit of a challenge with my dad's property. The 'money rooms', (bath & kitchen), were very outdated. It was a three BR that had been converted (before my parents bought the property in 1974), to a two bedroom. The third BR, made into a dining room, made it too cost prohibitive for me to turn it back into a third BR. There was also one small bath. It's a perfect starter or retirement home, which is why the 'starter home' buyers took it.
Joe knows his stuff and is excellent at it. He's a true professional in every aspect! (Which I hadn't seen this side of him outside of his work. I'm truly unbiased by saying this because of my business experience with Joe).

Having heard about Joe Argenio from family members, I chose him to handle the sale of my family home. Knowing that our home was in my family for generations, he showed compassion when deciding on the asking price. Our house sold within 3 weeks of being on the market and once the mortgage paperwork went through, it was a quick closing as well. I would recommend Joe Argenio to my family and friends after the professionalism and knowledge of real estate that he showed us during our transaction.
