Unfortunately I experienced a serious family tragedy in the middle of the closing process and Joseph immediately stepped up and offered whatever assistance was needed to lessen the burden on me and my family as we navigated the uncharted waters of the uncertainty of life mixed with the complexity of closing the sale of a house remotely from a hospital Trauma Unit ICU. The entire process was smooth and he answered our many questions with patience and knowledge of the market. Although I am sure he had many other clients, we always felt like we could reach him with questions and he made us his priority during showings, etc.
