A moto that I try to live by is "entitled to nothing, but grateful for everything". I also LOVE the state of Utah and its communities and natural wonders. He listened to our lifestyle preferences and gave us plenty of suggestions without ever being pushy at all. His attention to detail was amazing and we truely felt valued. We felt Josh was always looking out for our best interest and wanted to help us reach our goals without settling. We were moving from another state so we had to fly in to see houses at inconvenient times. Josh always made himself available even on holidays. Our home buying experience couldn't have been any better and we truely believe that was because of Josh. He became more then a realtor to us and we consider him a great new friend. We had no expectation for our real estate agent to show up with his truck, dump trailer, and gloves ready to help us tear out our old flooring and appliances, yet there he was. Every facet of the process was made better because of Josh's experience and professionalism. We would recommend him to anyone because you are going to get an agent who genuinely cares about the success of his clients. Buying and selling a house is an unpleasant experience at the best of times and Josh made it a carefree ride start to finish. That is not something that should be taken lightly. Hire this man as your agent. He is going to guide you through a process we are often unfamiliar with. He is going to get a better value for your money than you can with other agents. He is going to make the process a lot less stressful. When it comes to agents, there is Josh… and there is everyone else.
