As a life-long resident of northwest Indiana, I am very familiar with all areas or our region. As a past business educator, I have an in-depth knowledge of the educational opportunities and schools in the area. My business degree lends to great negotiation skills and attention to detail. Buyer reviewI worked with Judy Fischer when I bought my house. She was extremely professional and paid close attention to detail. She also did an excellent job of negotiating the purchase price so that I could purchase the house at a price that I could afford. This was my first home purchase, so I had not previously worked with a real estate agent. When I decide to sell my house and buy another house, I will absolutely work with Judy. I will also recommend Judy to any friends or family who plan to buy or sell houses.

The first house we looked at, she asked me what my needs & wants are, pointed things out that I never would have noticed. She was knowledgeable about the questions I had and even suggested some questions that I hadn't even thought of. If I ever need a realtor or know anyone looking, she will be my first suggestion. She was fantastic!!!
