Julie LeBourdais is fantastic. She's worked hard and fast to find my fiance and I's first home. She made the process quick and painless. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions since we are first time home buyers. I couldn't of asked for anyone else because she is the best! I would recommend her to my family and friends when they start to look for a home. I would gladly do business with her in the future.

Experience, professionalism. Fabulous to work with. We have used Julie four times now for selling and buying. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she knowledgeable, she also has high ethics and we have total trust in her. We cannot imagine using anyone else in the Oakland County area. Both the sale and purchase went smoothly. Thank you!

Julie, You are a superstar! Your dedication, professional knowledge, and truly effervescent personality created a wonderful experience for our family during a difficult and challenging time. You managed to work tirelessly prior to the listing to create an atmosphere of perceived competition amongst the potential buyers that resulted in an outpouring of first day showing bids, the winning offer being $25K about asking! The fact that you had the ingenious idea of holding an estate sale prior to the listing gave us the exposure and freed us from the overly restrictive mandates imposed by our authoritarian governor limiting traffic on showings. In fact, the eventual buyer actually was introduced to the home during the estate sale, and proved to be a winner. Thank you so much, Julie, our family are always in your debt for the terrific job and enjoyable experience you lent us during this period.
