Julie is the consummate professional. I made the mistake of hiring a different broker with no results in a hot market. I switched to Julie, and unfortunately the market had slowed significantly, but she was proactive from the start. She communicates, understands the real-estate market, and lets you know exactly what needs to be done to motivate buyers. My house sold quickly.
