I have been a resident of Lake Cypress Springs for over 21 years and a Realtor in the area for over 19 years. My first year of dedication and hard work earned me "Rookie of The Year" and I continued that dedication and hard work to Centurion Status. As an experienced real estate agent with Century 21 Butler Real Estate Services, I am here to help you either buy or sell your next hom e!On a more personal level, I enjoy spending time with my Husband of 37 years, Mike, our four children and six grandchildren as well as my Customers and Clients I now call Friends.
My specialty is serving the Scroggins/Lake Cypress Springs/Lake Bob Sandlin areas. A Long Time waterfront resident of Lake Cypress Springs, I bring personal knowledge that you may otherwise miss out on. Want to see a property from the water, not a problem. I can take you by boat, weather permitting.
I am available for initial consultations anytime.
Once your home is listed, I have experience in the staging process to ensure your home looks it's absolute best for that potential buyer! If any repairs or paint freshening is needed, I can provide names of vendors and give them access to the property in your absence. You can expect a follow up weekly, with reports on showings and updates.
Century 21 boasts as many as 500 plus websites where your home may appear and I have a personal account with Lakehouse.com where many of our buyers enjoy browsing.
More recently I have teamed up with Kareen Linthicum to form 'Lake Cypress Springs Property Girls'. Our Clients now enjoy twice the dedication to service. We pride ourselves in putting our customers first.

I've always witnessed my Mom, AKA June Clary, go above and beyond for her clients. This includes her suburban always being full of staging furniture and decor items as well as cleaning products and even to go as far as helping her clients move furniture or arrange movers, cleaners, utilities, the list goes on! Her client relationships always turn into friendships because for her it's not just a sale it's about finding happiness for her clients. The happiness of owning a home they can enjoy for many many years to come. She truly enjoys what she does! And as her daughter of course she did all the leg work but not just because I'm family but because that's what she does for ALL of her clients. She is an amazing and beautiful women inside and out. If you are looking to sell a Lake property, and you live at a distance from the property, June Clary is a fabulous resource to handle your sale. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is great at handling any problems that come up with the property when you cannot get there to deal with them. We had another agent from another agency for 6 months and had limited traffic at the house. Once June took over things moved quickly.

Kareen Lithicum was also very helpful and if June was not available for any reason, Kareen would step in to help. June also had a good relationship with her coworkers which is very beneficial in this type of a sale.
June had brought in a drone photographer, which helped show the potential of the home's recreational value even though it was the winter time. She was also very particular and made sure that we kept the house tidy and clean. Her staging skills were exceptional and she always made sure that the house was in good shape and refreshed if needed.

She is a full service agent. She makes recommendations to improve your property's appearance for sale and will even help you stage for the best appearance possible. Also makes recommendation regarding drive up appeal such as planting a few flowers or sweeping the porch. June Clary helped us through the process of becoming acclimated to the lake in general, each neighborhood specifically and made the process of determining where we wanted to purchase easy. When we began our search what we were looking for was nothing like what we finally purchased. This is important because we could have purchased one of the first homes we viewed, spent a couple of years in it and determined that we did not do ourselves any justice in a quick decision - and potentially cost us tens of thousands of dollars.
