The home that we were selling was a very unique property. We knew going in, that it could take some time to sell. Kareen was very honest about pricing of the house and of the value that she listed it for. She & June both gave opinions of what needed to be done to make it have appeal to potential buyers. When a contract was finally presented she was so diligent to make sure inspection was done timely, all paper work presented to the right parties, and made last min phone calls to ensure closing would be smooth. I believe that Kareen Linthicum did an OUTSTANDING job of getting this propert sold. VERY very grateful!

June Clary was excellent. She went above and beyond in helping us with the sale of our home. She helped us with storing furniture and home items and did a very nice job of staging. She took care of project managing the many inspections and repairs that were needed to get the home ready for sale. She even cleaned up and planted a whole flower bed in front of the home to spruce things up! She was invaluable because we were out of town and could not have done it without her. She showed the home many many times until finding the perfect buyers. She was amazing!
