I'm a life long resident of New Bedford with 28 years of experience in Real Estate, but my education goes far beyond selling Real Estate. In 2005 I built the first "new" building in the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park and named it the "Elijah Heath Carpenter" Building after my first of 10 grandchildren. I raised my 3 amazing children here and have owned many businesses in the area including "Java Jungle" and have previously been on the New Bedford City Council for 5 years. My knowledge and understanding of not only this area but what it means to invest and own property is what makes my Real Estate experience stand out. For most people buying a home is the largest investment they will make, and for me, being l a part of their experience, and sharing my knowledge with them is what it's all about.

All of the required inspections were handled professionally and in a timely fashion. The closing process was confusion and internal hiccups with Bank of America did not help matters but, Ms. Dehner went out of her way to help get the documents to the proper office so that the closing could be performed.
